The Role
We are hiring a Residential Roofing Estimator to take ownership of estimates, inspections, and project handoffs. This role is built for someone who thrives on accuracy, enjoys working with data and systems, and is motivated to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate estimates for roofing systems (asphalt, tile, cedar, metal).
Conduct on-site inspections using advanced measurement tools.
Use estimating software (Xactimate preferred).
Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
Collaborate with project managers and production teams.
Maintain CRM records without errors.
Requirements:
3+ years in residential roofing estimating or operations.
Proficiency with estimating software (Xactimate preferred).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Must live on or relocate to Maui or Kauai.
Valid driver’s license and clean record.
Physically able to inspect roofs safely.
